Colville, WA – Colville Arts Foundation announces COLVILLE ART WALK scheduled for July 28 – August 1, 2008. Saundra’s Furniture is leading the way to creating more art venues to display local artists’ works in shops and businesses on Main Street. Saundra’s Furniture is co-sponsor of the event. Local artists are invited to display their works during the week of July 28 – August 1. Businesses along Main Street Colville, will display the artwork in a prominent place in their space; artists will receive publicity about their work, and no commissions will be taken for any works sold. The event is free and open to the public.
DEADLINE for submission to COLVILLE ART WALK (CAW) IS Saturday, JULY 12, 2008. Limited to 5 submissions per artist; one digital image per artwork. Submissions may be submitted in the following ways:
JPEGs of artwork on CD posted to: Colville Arts Foundation, PO Box 375, Colville WA 99114. Attn.: Colville ART WALK.
$5.00 per entry, per each work. Please make check out to: Colville Arts Foundation. Each artist may submit up to five pieces.
AND MAIL A CHECK, $5. per entry to CAW, PO Box 375, Colville WA 99114
Submit original framed works (or otherwise ready to display) to Saundra’s Furniture located at

If you are interested and live out of
the area, you will need to pay for shipping the work to City Hall.
There is room for large scale
paintings or small scale. They would like rotating exhibits, changing
every six weeks.
